Our subcommittees were created from the monthly stakeholder meetings to address the main actions identified through comprehensive plan for the City and County, which include:

  • Business Development

  • Quality of Life/Community Revitalization

  • Community Revitalization

  • Marketing/Attraction

These meetings are held monthly and are working sessions to address key items and projects, from beginning to completion.
