    Marketing Director, Warren Worx

    Jenny Rondinelli Phillips has deep roots in Warren County, where she has lived for much of her life. She and her husband, Ryan, share their home with their loyal black lab, Maddie. A proud graduate of Warren High School, Jenny pursued higher education at York College of PA, earning her bachelor's degree in Public Relations.

    With a career spanning 19 years, Jenny began her professional journey in marketing with positions in Baltimore, MD, and Cleveland, OH. However, her career brought her back to her hometown, where she has made a significant impact in the marketing department at Northwest Bank for the past 16 years.

    Jenny is not only dedicated to her profession but also to her community. She actively contributes as a member of the Special Olympics Golf Committee and has recently taken on the role of head coach for the Warren High School Lady Dragons girls' basketball team.

    Her extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of marketing disciplines, including advertising, office merchandising, promotions, events, and digital marketing channels. Jenny excels in strategy development, creative oversight, budgeting, and campaign execution, making her a valuable asset in every endeavor she undertakes.

  • John Papalia

    Senior Vice President, Warren Chamber

    John Papalia is a lifelong resident of Warren County, currently living in Youngsville, PA, with his wife, Lindsey, and their two sons, John and Max. Over the past 15 years, John has been a dedicated leader at the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry (WCCBI), where he has made substantial contributions to regional economic and community development.

    John began his career as the Director of the Council on Tourism, where he focused on enhancing marketing and communication strategies, organizing multi-day events, and developing new tourism assets to boost the local economy. In 2014, he transitioned to the role of Director of Chamber Operations, where he was instrumental in marketing local businesses and supporting startups, as well as business retention and expansion efforts.

    In his current role as Vice President of WCCBI, John leads key initiatives that drive business and community growth. His efforts include the Elevating Nonprofits Initiative, business outreach and retention programs, and the Warren Worx Initiative. His leadership and vision are central to the Chamber's mission of fostering a thriving business environment in Warren County.

    Beyond his professional achievements, John is deeply committed to community service. He volunteers as a coach for youth sports, including football and baseball, and serves as president of both the local little league board and the volunteer board of the Revitalization of Youngsville.
